- Visit minimum from $90. The price in writing lists every item, so you know what is included.
- I don't do gas, new wiring or new plumbing. Those I refer to a licensed partner.

How do I get a price for my list?
Text a photo of each item, or one photo of the whole spot, and tell me what you want done. I send back a fixed price in writing before I come.
What if I only have one small thing?
That is fine. A single visit starts from $90. Saving up a few more items just makes the visit go further.
What about materials?
The price in writing says exactly what is included, materials too, so there are no surprises. Jobs stay under $1,000 including materials.
