Will I be able to use it myself afterwards?
Yes. I set everything up on your phone and walk you through the few taps you will actually use.
Do you replace my thermostat with a different kind?
I swap like for like. If the new one needs new wires in the wall, that is outside what I do.
Can I get a fixed price before you come?
Yes. Text a photo of the door, the spot for the camera or the router, and I send a fixed price in writing.
