Questions about this
I live out of town. How does this work?
Everything happens by text with photos. You tell me what is wrong, I send a fixed price in writing, and I send photos when it is done.
Can guests get their own door code?
Yes. A smart lock lets you create a code per stay and remove it after, so there are no keys to hand over.
Is a camera inside the rental okay?
I only suggest cameras at the entry, outside. Rules for guest privacy matter, so please do not put cameras inside rooms.
