What is included in the price?
The item, delivery, assembly and anchors. The price is fixed, so what you see on this page is what you pay. Your base needs to be ready and level.
What does a ready level base mean?
A flat, firm spot the size of the shed floor, such as compacted gravel, pavers or an existing slab. If you are not sure, text me a photo of the spot and I will tell you.
Do I need a permit or HOA approval?
Rules differ by city and HOA, so please check setbacks and any size limits before we order. I do not pull permits, which is why the sheds stay small.
Why anchors?
The coast gets real wind. An unanchored metal shed can shift or lift, so everything I set up outside is anchored down.
